Lift with Laura Prenatal and Postpartum includes a 9 month workout program that will help guide you and your baby during your pregnancy journey as well as a 12 week postpartum program to help introduce movement back into your daily routine. The prenatal program is split into 3 main stages during your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester to follow the changes your body is going through in each phase. The postpartum program is split into 2 phases, a foundation and strength phase to help build your foundation back and gain strength. I can't wait to be a part of your special journey!
