My idea here is to create a community of individuals all reaching for the same goal– to better oneself physically and mentally, while making friends along the way.
The subscription will include TWO daily workouts, at home and gym, that I have created myself. The workouts for the entire week will be uploaded on Sunday so you are able to plan ahead. A link to the workouts page will be sent to you every morning via email should you choose to subscribe to the email list.
There will be lifting sessions, cardio, core, as well as intervals mixed in each week.
However you use these workouts, please remember to take it at your own pace to gauge how you’re feeling. If this is your first time ever working out, don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts every day of the week. Start slow and build up from there! I will post an at home workout and a gym workout daily so you can choose which one you want to do.
The gym workouts will take anywhere from 40-80 minutes depending on how long you rest between sets, warm ups, etc.
The at home workouts are a little shorter and are perfect for busy moms, college students, or anyone who’s on the go! The home workouts will take 10-40 minutes, and require a set of dumbbells and a resistance cord.
You can cancel your Subscription at anytime. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective immediately.
Refunds will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month.
