Lift with Laura Prenatal and Postpartum is a 9 month workout program that will help guide you through your pregnancy journey followed by a 12 week postpartum program to help reintroduce movement after having your sweet baby.

Just like pregnancy has 3 stages (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester), the prenatal program does as well to guide your body during the changes it’s experiencing in each stage. 1st stage is our foundation stage (in 1st trimester), 2nd stage is the strength stage (2nd trimester), and 3rd stage is the birth prep stage (3rd trimester). It will guide you from week 1 to week 40 of your pregnancy.
The postpartum program is 12 weeks long and is split into 2 phases, a foundation and strength phase. This will help build your foundation back and gain strength after your body just did the most incredible thing!
An app is also included in the $7.99/month. The prenatal workouts change every 4 weeks, each week has 4 strength training days and one cardio focused day. Every strength day has core activation which is crucial during pregnancy. The postpartum program workouts change every 3 weeks but include a new progressive challenge every week. There are also demo videos of each movement and some longer/descriptive videos for the really important ones. The only equipment required is a set of dumbbells and a resistance cord.
